I was last minute on my order and forgot to add delivery details so I called the day before valentines day and the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond and helped me out it was very much appreciated.

I ordered flowers for my friend for her birthday. I’m not in the Sudbury area, but she is so I thought it would be a nice surprise for her birthday. I’ve never ordered flowers through a website before and the website was extremely easy to navigate. I even left a voicemail and a very kind woman called me after staffed hours and went over some questions that I had and was very accommodating. The flowers came in and they were absolutely stunning. Better than I could’ve imagined and I would definitely recommend this flower shop to anybody in the Sudbury area!
