I have noticed at times the front desk workers appear unfriendly and impatient. perhaps they are busy IDK. this was not my experience the last time I was there though. maybe a change in staff or the person to whom I am referring to was not working. I have Dr. Nizerro at my family Dr. and I have zero complaints with him as my doctor at this time.
