I had Cat as my hairdresser, and she not only is personable and someone I genuinely enjoyed hanging out with for 3 hours while getting my hair done, she is amazing at what she does and exceeded all of my expectations. The first time, the hair dresser is the blond, shoulder-length hair. She was great.
The second time, I got a different hair dresser. She was not as good. I think I can do the better job to cut it myself. She charged me for styling!! No, she just blew dried and did not put any serum on my hair. I was disappointed, but I was too quiet to dispute her.
