Paul and his team didn’t rest until they got to the bottom of my malfunction. It appears i have an electrical problem. Hahaha. I could have told you straight away. Seriously they are great. Friendly. Professional. And affordable. Plus they are also a Lubrico warranty approved shop so some of the work was covered by my Lubrico warranty. Thanks guys.
Brought car in for turbo issue.Have my Ford Focus ST there for work. I was late to my appointment by a week due to tow truck troubles. They got my car in the same day the tow truck finally dropped it off I had a call in 30 minutes with more questions. An hour later I got a call saying warranty approved the work and they will be doing the work when they get the part and have me out as soon as possible. This whole process was quick an easy. One thing I am unhappy about is that the part being put in my car under warranty is used from a scrap yard, BUT that is not the shops fault and completely the warranty companies fault due to the oem part being so expensive.
