My first experience was my Baby girl having her tail removed for medical reasons. I was so sad my baby lost her tail, but the team did such an amazing job with everything. Her butt looks so good and it healed so quickly. Thank you guys!!! Bean is super happy and back to herself.

Staff was great. I got an appointment right away and they accommodated me because I live 40 minutes from their office. Took wonderful care of my furbaby. Also was able to order one time treat Braveco... originally gave me the topical but were timely at exchanging it for what I ordered

My husband and I are SO grateful for the Victoria Street Animal Hospital. Our 2 year old cat had bladder stones and our regular vet couldn't get him in for the operation for 6 days. We called Victoria Street Animal Hospital asking if they had any availability for such a surgery. Without hesitation they told us to bring him in. They were lovely to deal with, very knowledgeable, and willing to provide this life-saving surgery same day. We truly are so lucky to have found them as they saved our cats life today.
