No issues with the doctors....no issues with the long booking wait times. It's the receptionist....rude as hell. No compassion or even a friendly voice. I know we have no choice or nothing will be done, but just frustrated

Been a patient for almost 3 or 4 years and it's never anything but a struggle to get in too see my doctor. When i do get in it's great and thing's start making progress. But i shouldn't have too fight the whole town for a spot every tuesday or thursday to see a doctor. Hire more doctors or have more at the ready for the after hours clinic.

Not sure how to rate a medical clinic - it's clean. They have an after hours clinic at 5 where they draw numbers out of a hat.UPDATE DEC 2016Changing from 5 stars to 2 stars after a bizarre meeting with one of the partners of this clinic.My wife has a rare disease which requires special care, we occasionally need blood tests on an as needed basis, and today we are turned away by the clinic, ignoring a life threatening health concern.In our meeting, I discovered the clinic is run like a factory with a profit mentality by someone who acts more like an inner city high school principal than a care provider.The company culture here is flawed, the staff have pressure from both...read full review
