The store is well stocked with lots of product; the staff recognize regular customers, they are friendly and spend time helping you find the right product; they remember your pets' names and make you feel valued as a customer.

This is one of my favorite pet valu locations. The staff are always very friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to helping. It's nice to take my big dog in here and have them be excited to see him and always willing to greet him.

I have a pup with a lot of annoying food allergies to very common things.. like chicken. Despite that I can always find quality food and treats here at reasonable prices. Been a regular for about 3 years now
