Roberta was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable, answered the millions of questions that i kept thinking of, and calmed every single fear i had. Going in, i had no idea what to expect. i was filled with a bunch of different emotions and spent weeks leading up to the appt bawling my eyes out...but... by the time i walked out of the first appointment, i felt an immense weight off of my shoulders and i knew everything would be okay. I have nothing but good things to say about Roberta, Lubdna and Melanie at MNP. They were concise, informative and supportive as I stumbled through my consumer proposal. I was in a lot of debt before going to MNP. I found out about them on the radio. They made me feel at ease when I told them everything that was going on. We found an option that worked well for my lifestyle and now I have no more stress about my debt. Best decision I ever made.
