We took our RAV4 in to get it looked at and Justin and team took care of it within the hour. We thought it might be a major repair needed but the honesty they showed gave us belief they were trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Our family vehicle is back to running smoothly again thanks to the shop! 10/10 will be using their services again! They are trust worthy and kind.

Had my first non-warranty covered issue on my first car, I went in expecting an expensive repair that would've cost me a lot of money and was prepared get raked over the coals by whichever mechanic I chose.I picked Justin's Shop because of it's stellar rating and was very happy with the service, honesty in my issue and the fair pricing.What I expected to be a 200$+ tire replacement for parts and labor turned out to be a simple patch issue that they charged me 10$ for.If you're in the Strathroy area and want an honest mechanic with fair pricing 100% go to Justin's Shop.Service: Tires

A huge THANK YOU. Being from out of town and having your brakes fail on a Friday afternoon is not ideal. We were frantically calling a few local mechanics and finally found a friendly voice on the other end of the phone that told us to bring it in and they would take a look at it.
