So much more then weight loss. And not just a magic pill, meal plans are great, and fitting to a busy schedule! Yes you get to eat GOOD FOOD, not a crash diet! Not to mention the support ladies they are absolutely amazing, kind, supportive, and so motivating! This product is my go to, I can not be without out it! I lost 20lbs in 2 months and I got more to go and I will be sticking with them during & after my goals to keep my weight off!
