So much more then weight loss. And not just a magic pill, meal plans are great, and fitting to a busy schedule! Yes you get to eat GOOD FOOD, not a crash diet! Not to mention the support ladies they are absolutely amazing, kind, supportive, and so motivating! This product is my go to, I can not be without out it!
