Ali is a very amiable gentleman who works to please his customers. I had brought in a full length coat to shorten to knee length. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that it was not blind hemmed but because I had not specified that I wanted it blind hemmed, I thought I would just accept it as neglect on my part. However, I was not fully happy with the hemming and talked myself into approaching Ali and discussing this with him. With no hesitation, he offered to redo the hem at no cost. I truly appreciated his offer and with no hesitation, would definitely use his services again!
This man is a miracle worker. Every other shop I called said that they wouldn't touch a wedding dress, but Ali told me to come right in. Not only did he remove the padding that made my chest look like I had traffic cones taped on, my dress wouldn't quite zip in one spot because it was too small---Ali had to open up the inside of my dress and use the very small seam allowance to fix the fit, and somehow he managed it. My dress fits me perfectly now, and I am even more excited for my wedding. Thank you so much, Ali, you are an absolute master of your craft!
