“I just got my first tattoo at Pauly’s Tattoo in Stoney Creek, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The shop is super clean, well-organized, and it’s obvious they take hygiene seriously.
Pauly and his wife were incredibly friendly and patient. He took me right in and the price was beyond reasonable. The design turned out even better than I imagined! The lines are crisp, straight and smooth. You can really tell Pauly is passionate about his craft — his attention to detail is unreal. He has studied from some of the biggest names, and sacrificed so much to make that growth happen.
For anyone considering their first tattoo (or their tenth), I highly recommend checking out Pauly’s. The whole experience was smooth, and I left feeling confident, happy, and already thinking about my next piece.

“Got my first tattoo at age 73. I am so impressed with the fabulous work that Hannah did. She was very professional and caring throughout my first experience. I've received many, many compliments on my sunflower tattoo. I was very nervous with the aftercare and texted Hannah to go over the instructions again. She responded in a timely manner and all is well. The shop is very clean and I noticed how well another employee was sterilizing his work station. Already thinking of getting my 2nd. tattoo and will definitely call Hannah. Thanks for a great experience.“

“My daughter went in for an industrial bar however the way her ear was it really wasn't going to work. They gave her other options that are much nicer than an industrial bar and will heal much faster! Faith was her piercer and she was fantastic! Great experience from start to finish. “I haven't had a tattoo done this side of the 2010s so I was a bit nervous. I booked with Venus for a relatively simple tattoo but it definitelyneeded some refinement and an artists eye. The whole shop was clean, beautiful and staffed by friendly and professional personnel. At each step I was met with professionalism and exemplary customer care.

I screwed up my appointment time by accident (thanks dyslexia) and they worked to get me in same day which I'm sure inconvenienced them but no one would know it by their demeanor.

Venus worked hard to find the perfect placement and size, in fact the prep took longer than the actual tattoo. She used perfect aseptic technique to setup the area and prep the skin. Then she began to tattoo me...well she said she was tattooing me but I had to ask if she had even started yet. Her tattooing technique uses intermittent positive pressure on the skin to reduce discomfort and irritation. Nearly 2 hours later and I am still looking at it to make sure it's there since I can't feel much.

TL/DR: Clean, professional, fair pricing, amazing vibe, friendly, excellent artwork and accommodating. Am I coming back? Yes. Do I recommend Ace and Sword? 100% yes.

“Dita walked me through my first tattoo. Her studio is very welcoming with bright lights and somewhat private rooms. The rooms are spotless and chair is comfortable. Hygiene is important with a germ free environment. Dita goes through the procedures and gets you to inspect on each needle insuring they haven't been opened and checking the expiry date.
Dita let's you choose a movie to watch and the procedure begins. She is an artist turning my idea into an amazing piece of work. Her conversation is interesting and after spending 16.5 hours together I feel like I made a new friend. I am definitely a tattoo junkie now and will be going back to Silverskull“
