I foresee this business closing soon. I got a shellac manicure Monday and my nails are already dull and cracked. It was not well done at all. Furthermore I wanted a very simple design of a heart on one nail and the tech couldn’t even do that. It seemed like they were in a hurry to leave … why did you accept my appointment for the specific time if you were not going to give me good customer service. I will not be back at this nail salon. This is not the first time they have disappointed.. I gave them a second chance but no more.Service: Manicure

I have been to Splashon nails number of times and had a fairly good experience. However, today I went in and there was no one in the salon except the owner I presume her manager and one of the employees. They were talking between themselves in whatever language they speak and did not include me in the conversation whatsoever. I told the owner or manager whoever she was that I felt uncomfortable with them talking and I couldn’t understand and was not included in the conversation. She told me that the girl who is doing my nails could not speak English. Well that’s fine but I do when I’m a customer and they should have made me feel comfortable.. I went there for the first time, they seemed very nice. I got a full acrylic set. The design i wanted included 4 stones per nail,which is 40 stones in total for all my fingers. They were gonna charge me an extra $15 just for the stones so i didnt add them on. I ended up adding some stones at home as i had all the supplies to do so. 2 - 3 days later my nails started lifting and by day 5, two of my nails completely came off. They did not even last a week. I called them and they told me to come in and get them fixed, free of charge.
