I visited the club for the first time Aug 17th and wow! This is how a health club should be setup. Exceptional detail, and the highest quality. St Thomas health club is genuinely an amazing gym And have been attending for 4 years I’d say the only negative is some of the equipment looks old but all works and when needs work it’s done quickly The staff is amazing and have always treated me amazingly and know me by name! Cleanliness of the gym is amazing The amount of equipment is amazing The people are amazing and friendly and overall a 10 outa 10 gym
I have been a member of the St. Thomas Health Club since 2016 where I have had the opportunity to work out with some amazing members and trainers. Their new facility is awesome and offers different areas and equipment accommodating any level of exercise ability and comfort level. For me personally, trying to eat healthy and staying fit has been a priority both in my personal and business life. I lead a very busy lifestyle and maintaining good health both physically and mentally is key in all that I do. Through the years I have had several setbacks. From the onset, and even though I was disappointed in myself, I knew that I still wanted to maintain a constant exercise routine. After discussing my health concerns with Traci the owner, she was able to help me to do just that!. In each case, she took the time to review my medical results, worked with me to see what my limitations were and then designed a workout routine for me to follow. Her continued help, support and positivity not only helped with my healing process physically but also gave made me the confidence I needed to overcome whatever the issues were.
