However, a while back a mistake was made and some damage occurred to my brand new dining room table. {purely accidental} I called to report it and the owner was very swift to come and assess the damage. {this table was custom made in a small town, about an hour's drive away. Lorie, the owner of Sparkles moved fast in making arrangements for the table to be picked up, taken back to where it was made, to be refinished. Once the work was done, arrangements were made to bring the table back to me, all within a week and ALL AT SPARKLES EXPENSE. She was fast & professional and did all that was necessary to make sure I remained a happy & satisfied customer and I really appreciate how she handled everything.
