Technician arrived promptly at the agreed to appointment time. Wore shoe covers each time came in and out which was a nice touch. Reviewed in detailed with me the work needed before proceeding with the fitting installation for the bbq hook up. During the installation a minor change to what was initially explained was needed due to site conditions, so the tech called me outside to review and show me what the final installation would look like rather than just making the change.
