Brasa Bowen Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an amazing academy that positively impacts its students' lives. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and patient, creating a comfortable and motivating environment for all. Even those with Tourette's syndrome feel accepted and supported here. The academy is also great for children; staff communicate effectively, making the sign-up process smooth and easy. Even a 4-year-old can enjoy the fun and engaging classes. Overall, Brasa Bowen BJJ is a highly recommended academy for people of all ages seeking self-improvement and motivation.

A total game changer. I would recommend Bowen Brazilian Jiujitsu to every adult, not only for themselves but for their children. I can see the difference in my daughters confidence, and I know for a fact that I personally feel better now than I have in years. The instructors are top notch. Whether a person wants to compete, develop friendships, or just improve their physical state, Bowen brazilian jiujitsu is the place to be.
Our two girls are in the junior jujitsu classes. They love it !! We love the structure of the classes. The positive environment and teaching is encouraging our girls to be strong positive and respectful human beings.
