I had the best experience here! I just had my appointment and I'm so excited. This was my first appointment in about 5 years because of my anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable. Mandy was wonderful and so kind. They were just as excited as I was in finally getting a pair. The ladies allowed me to ask questions and they were very helpful. The Doctor showed me the results and photos afterwards and she was very thorough and explained everything for me to understand. I am so glad I went here to get my eyes checked. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The appointment went quickly and I felt very listened to when it came to my vision concerns. I was upfront that I would not be able to purchase my glasses at the time of my appointment and I was still treated very well (many of my friends and family have experienced rude behavior over the years when they said they could not purchase or wanted to go elsewhere). They still helped me browse, made suggestions based on my wants/needs, and broke down costs for me. Outstanding people with incredible support. I'm currently having some issues with my vision, and they have gone above and beyond to help me. We use to have to travel to London to see an eye doctor for my son because he has special needs, but these guy are so patient and passionate about helping, we no longer need to travel out of town. They have been wonderful in every aspect. Highly recommend.
