Although we had an issue that occurred after our first service call, Lincoln appliance was very responsive to our calls and concerns and assured us all would be in working order, and they followed through with courtesy and professionalism.Service: Washing machine repair

Sometimes it's the little things that get your attention. My Bosch retractable oven rack would not pull out. I called Lincoln and the customer rep was polite and thorough - she understood my problem and immediately ran it by her technician. I was told they might be able to fix it but likely would need a new rack. I thanked them and thought about it - called back 15 minutes later and got a different rep who was just as helpful and had the details from my previous call. I said I'd be willing to bring it in. I arrived a half hour later. Only had to wait 10 minutes when a technician advised me I should NOT have kept the rack in the over for self-cleaning. He said to try some...read full review
