Griffith Bros. are lifesavers! Kerry helped me out MASSIVELY by taking my emergency request for a long-haul tow dispatch and Corey graciously made what would be a 500+ km trek there and back. I would’ve been stranded, alone, 250 km from home with a broken down truck, so I can’t possibly thank you enough, Kerry, for taking my call, and Corey, for giving me the tow home. I'm posting this to say thank you for the advice and support provided to me by Griffith Bros. Service Center. I was in South River from Alabama and they provided me with instructions and help to fix my frozen windshield washer fluid. They are super nice and take care of my dad all the time. I can't wait to move up here so they can be our service center too!
I’m posting this review on behalf of my father. His vehicle needed a new engine and we decided that Griffith’s would be the place to do that for him. On the drive up to them his car died in Gravenhurst, I must say also this was on a weekend around 9pm. My father attempted to call CAA since he has the premium membership, they refused to help him even though he was entitled to 200km of tow service, they essentially abandoned him in his time of need on a cold snowy night.
