This company is incredible! I had them install an A/C unit last spring-I wasn’t home we had made arrangements and the work was done professionally and you couldn’t tell they were there at all. Job was perfect and even had a new thermostat installed which I never got charged for. They honoured their quote. I fully expected to pay for that and it was never asked of me. The cover wasn’t available at the time of install due to shortages but they didn’t forget about me and brought it to me months after the installation as promised. They are an upstanding and trustworthy company! I came home last night and my furnace wasn’t working properly; I sent a message on messenger around 11 pm and Randy was here within 10 minutes. My furnace was over 20 years old and it just reached its end of life and they were here the very next day to install the new one!!! I’m so impressed with them! I thank Victoria and Randy and the entire team for taking such good care of me. 5+ stars
