The Simcoe location is just wonderful. The layout is simple and clean, the selection is varied, and the staff is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They have an adorable and somewhat saucy bird named Marley, often on one of the staff member's shoulder, that helps bring a smile to your face.

Very friendly people working there. I brought my puppy Drax after his first shots and the lady brought him treats and was playing with him. Even other times I have been there they are very helpful and friendly
