I am not usually one to leave Google reviews but I feel this is a special circumstance. It will be long, but there is a purpose, I promise. The staff at this store are amazing. I made the mistake of going to another store in Simcoe to buy a betta fish and it was awful. I was given the wrong information about everything I needed to know about caring for this fish including the wrong equipment, care information, water/tank care etc. The staff at Paulmac's did not create any of the problems but were more than happy to help me solve them both in person and on the phone. The Simcoe location is just wonderful. The layout is simple and clean, the selection is varied, and the staff is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They have an adorable and somewhat saucy bird named Marley, often on one of the staff member's shoulder, that helps bring a smile to your face.

Paulmac's in Simcoe is our go-to pet store! Always greeted with a smile, their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. If there is something you're looking for that they don't have, let them know and they will gladly look into ordering it in!
