Awesome staff and great with my dog. I highly recommend taking advantage of their nails clipping service. I have a very large suck who they are amazing with and he actually enjoys going. Mostly for all the loving he gets but he doesnt seem to mind them doing his nails.
I am not usually one to leave Google reviews but I feel this is a special circumstance. It will be long, but there is a purpose, I promise. The staff at this store are amazing. I made the mistake of going to another store in Simcoe to buy a betta fish and it was awful. I was given the wrong information about everything I needed to know about caring for this fish including the wrong equipment, care information, water/tank care etc. The staff at Paulmac's did not create any of the problems but were more than happy to help me solve them both in person and on the phone. The Simcoe location is just wonderful. The layout is simple and clean, the selection is varied, and the staff is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They have an adorable and somewhat saucy bird named Marley, often on one of the staff member's shoulder, that helps bring a smile to your face.
