I’m very pleased with the way that not only the owner handled my situation but resolved everything in a matter of seconds. I first wasn’t pleased with my situation but the way that this shop runs is truly one in a million. I will definitely be coming back to this place for future car issues!

If I could give ten stars, I would! Absolutely fantastic customer service today. Way above and beyond what could be expected. I wish I could remember their names.
I was in a pinch this morning. My car wouldn’t start as I was trying to go to work. I was afraid to jump start it, as there was a million clicking noises coming from the fuse box, and I didn’t was to fry anything. (Disclaimer - I live about half a block away). I walked over and asked at the desk - a mechanic came out and explained that it was ok to jump start. I went home and used my booster pack. No luck. I went back and they loaned me theirs (larger one). I still had no luck... read full review

I recently visited Master Mechanic Simcoe for new tires and a wheel alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
The alignment was spot-on, my car drives smoother than it has in months. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail.
Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable service and peace of mind. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!
