I got my hair cut last weds. Thought I was happy with it, went home styled my hair how I like and wasn't happy with it at all. I went in today ( monday) to have it fixed, was expecting to pay. They fixed it for free, didn't make me feel bad for wanting it fixed. So understanding, professional and made the customer experience the priority. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank You!
