Staff are very helpful and Heather is phenomenal. She looked very far back in her records to find previous tanning sessions that I hadn't used. Issued me a new card and thus saving me money. She is an extremely honest person 😁

Had my first cut there, and time was taken to get it just right, just as I wanted and I was and remain very happy with it. Lots of check ins and communication. It's a large salon but the atmosphere is light and fun.

Love love love this place! Shawna does amazing colour and styling. Both for everyday as well as special occasions! No one else gets to touch my hair now! She does my husbands hair and beard too! Jasmine is my everything! Manis, pedis, facial, massage, and just overall amazing human being. If your looking for a salon and spa in Norfolk it’s worth the drive to Final Touch!!
