For a number of years I have been a patient at Dentistry on Norfolk South in Simcoe ON. As frightened of going to the dentist as I use to be from when I was a child, I actually enjoy going to Dentistry on Norfolk Street because of the warmth, friendly and great sense of humor that Shura, Leonor and Lorraine have at the front desk. They always make me feel welcome and are willing to answer any questions that I might have. The Dental Hygienists Vitoria and Ramneek are fabulous and they have always listened and addressed any concerns I might of had when being their patient. My teeth are sensitive and both ladies have performed their work with the utmost care and professionalism. Dr. Nikita and Dr. Lall are absolutely fabulous ! They both have always made me feel confident in their procedures and have listened to my concerns and addressed them both before and after the work they did on my teeth. They both have said to me if I have any discomfort or pain to let them know immediately. With that said to me it made me feel more at comfort just knowing they are concerned and care about how I am feeling. I always let them know that I have a quirky sense of humour and I usually have them laughing or at least a smile on their face during or before I leave the room. Wow !!! is all |I can say! This is the BEST Dental Office |I have every visited. ... From the moment I stepped into this office Leonor's initial greeting was SO genuine and welcoming! The Dental Assistant Isabele made me feel so comfortable and could answer all my questions & concerns with a satisfying ease. The Actual Dentis Dr Lall - was Fantastic! He not only displayed genine bedside manners but he made you feel like he was NOT in any rush & took his time to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way ! What a GREAT TEAM here at Norfolk South Dentistry & I highly recommend them
BEST Dental Visit.. hands down! Leonor at the front desk....was the most genuine, personable receptionist I have ever come across !!! Dr. Lall did such a professional job on my teeth ... I was so amazed! He was easy to talk to , highly professional and really cares for his patients needs. Overall it was the Greatest Experience ever and I highly recommend this Dental Office!!!!!
