Very good and the install guys were great and cleaned everything up after. They even answered questions we had about other things we were thinking about doing and helped with something else with my furnace

I moved to Simcoe in 2023 and I had no idea who the most reliable trades people were. My neighbour suggested Brody Mechanical. So I called them and had 3 new toilets installed as well they do my annual furnace maintenance. Their techs hold more than one licence in the various trades and are very professional.
