Today I had my very first hearing test at Arnold Hearing Centre. I needed an emergency appointment and the kind employees worked their magic to find a spot in the schedule. I was so grateful for their efforts and how they went above an beyond for a new client. When I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed with the warmest smile by Selina, which of course made me feel so comfortable. What I really enjoyed about the hearing test process, was that each test was explained throughly and I felt relaxed in Selina’s presence. Selina was generous with her time in the exam and was very gentle when sharing the results. I felt comfortable to ask her any questions. I would highly recommend this clinic, not only will you receive the testing you need, but you can genuinely feel how much Arnold Hearing Centre care about their clients. This sets them apart from other clinic. I will be booking my yearly hearing test with Arnold Hearing Center and I will also referring them for any others, that might need testing.
