I have been going to Vivid Hair and seeing Nelly (aka the Hair Whisperer) for a couple of years now and so happy I made that decision! Nelly was able to fix a botched coloring from a different salon and I love my hair everytime I leave the salon. Nelly is one of the most passionate and caring people I've ever met and will continue to have Nelly work her magic. I've read some of the previous negative comments and, unfortunately, cannot see why anyone would put such a bold face lie as a review?!
