Michelle is definitely an expert in her craft. She was patient and thorough during my initial assessment. She time to ensure that I understood her recommendations and was able to do the exercises properly before I left and then emailed me very detailed reminders. Amazing experience!!!!

I have been receiving treatment here for several months. Michelle has been very helpful, did a great job of explaining the purpose and goal for each treatment, and coached effectively how to perform various exercises to maintain the desired results.

Went here for pelvic floor therapy last year. This place is truly a gem. Kathy was very knowledgeable and thorough each appointment. She would go step by step explaining things thoroughly in an easy was to understand. I never felt rushed and always felt like I was in good hands. We have moved out of town since, but if I was in the area I would definitely go here! Recommend Rise physio for sure!On a side not facility is clean and staff is warm and welcoming :)

We believe in involving each client in the development of their treatment goals, and that clients must be active in their rehabilitation to ensure progress. This is just one of the things that differentiates RISE physio from other clinics in the surrounding area. Your initial assessment, and each subsequent visit is spent 1 to 1 with your physio - whether receiving hands on care, practicing and learning therapeutic exercises, or receiving a needling treatment.
