I recently went to this location for my eye exam and then to buy a pair of glasses. Dr Hung was very thorough and kind he took the time to make sure I understood everything. The rest of the staff that I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and cheery. It is a welcome change to go somewhere where everyone is happy with their job. It made for a very pleasant experience. I look forward to picking up my glasses. Thanks for a wonderful experience

I'd highly recommend getting glasses from here even if you don't get your eye exam done here. I can't say enough about the great experience I had at this Pearle Vision. The staff were so amazing here, they were super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They also have really good deals on glasses and a bigger selection than any other eyeglass shop in Orillia for frames. My eyeglasses that I got as apart of the buy one get one deal that they had going on at the time came in, in a timely manner and when I came to pick them up a staff member made sure I was absolutely happy with them and that they fit as perfectly as they could. I've always had good experiences at pearle vision, but the orillia location has excellent staff. Jesse helped me get my glasses today and she was so encouraging. Can't wait to get my new Pradas!!!!! I will visit this location for all my future glasses :)
