I picked up my new glasses a few weeks ago as my existing glasses had a defect which was covered in the warranty. Jesse was the one who looked at them and said I could replace them. She was great and took the new frames and fitted them for me. I received the new glasses in under 2 weeks. I just took them in to make a minor adjustment and the staff was great the girl made the adjustment and they are perfect now.
I have got my last 3 pairs of glasses at the Orillia location and the staff there are all amazing and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional service and glasses.
