Can't recommend Femia Contracting highly enough! Pat is a pleasure to work with from the initial assessment of the job to its completion.He is a master of all trades and his work is perfection.In our kitchen renovation, he put in a new vent over the stove, changed the lighting, unhooked the sinks and appliances and installed the new ones and much more. He came up with several creative solutions to problems that arose.Afterwards, we had him put in a vinyl floor in the basement and paint all the walls and trim.At the end of the day, he always left the work area spotless.We will use him for any work we do in the house including a complete bathroom renovation.
