AmeriSpec Inspection Services from Newmarket is becoming my favorite inspection company. As at the time of the first inspection, inspector’s visit was scheduled promptly and within the short waiting period - just a week or so after my call. Steve, assigned inspector, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly proceeded to the required tasks. In my case it was inspection related to the retrofit - 25 new windows installation completion in our home. Steve executed all scheduled technical tests and verifications, explained to me major results and the benefits we gained with this retrofit, collected required documentation about each installed window and advised on the new inspection report arrival dates and government related rebate expectation dates.
