Great experience overall, tbh. Staff was friendly in a calm, unpushy way, and they actually listened to what I wanted. Treatment felt relaxing, not rushed, and my hair looked a bit fresher after. Place felt chill and low-key, which I liked, works for me.
Nice little beauty spot, felt pretty relaxed the whole time. My haircut turned out neat, lines around the neck cleaned up nicely, no weird stray bits. Staff kept the small talk light, which I appreciated, and the music volume stayed low enough to zone out.
first haircut in 2 years and grateful to have chosen JMY!!! Ben was very communicative throughout the whole process and made my bleach-damaged, neglected hair look so nice! will definitely be coming back for my next trim and no i won’t be waiting 2 years :P
