Working with Gerard and his team to secure a mortgage was a brilliantly easy and informative process, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I felt the balance between email and phone communication was perfectly accommodating to my work schedule. As well, document collection using an online portal helped me stay organized despite a sea of PDF statements.
