While visiting Sarnia at Christmas, my brother's car that we were using wouldnt start (we had just self changed the cover on his key fob). We had it towed to Xtreme where it's been taken in the past. Though they were pretty booked after the holidays, they were able to make the time to determine the issue was with the key and not the car. In the middle of a trip from Toronto back home to the Chicago area we heard a noise coming from the front of my brother's suburban we were traveling in. Stopped at a dealer who was scheduled out 4 weeks before being recommended to XTR Auto Tech. Even though they were scheduled 2 weeks out they took the time to look at our vehicle and were able to fix and have us back on our way within 2 hours. We were driving to USA for the long weekend and our car was making an unusual noise. We couldn't figure it out. It was late in the day, we just walked in here and the shop was closed but found Mathew working here. We asked him if there would be any body shop open just to do a quick check before we cross the border. He said nothing would be open and asked us what's going on. We explained our situation, he took a look at the car and saw our cover at the bottom hanging underneath the car. He offered to help and got his tools.
