Customers praise the team's expertise in helping select frames that suit individual face shapes and prescription strengths. The store provides a unique selection of quality frames at fair prices and even handles direct billing to insurance. Visitors feel valued as individuals rather than just customers, making their experience refreshing and memorable. Many express a strong desire to return for future needs.
Twice now, I have been assisted with eye glasses issues stemming from another optometrist's office. Each time I have been greeted with helpfulness, honesty, professionalism and a deep knowledge of eye glasses, in every facet. Truly, I am beyond grateful for the help I received even though I wasn't a paying customer. I will certainly be purchasing my glasses here going forward.
For anyone looking for help with glasses, you will not find better customer service and assistance anywhere. I cannot recommend The Eye Guy enough.
