I have always depended on Jim Tsapralis owner of Sport & Spine, to put me back together for almost 20 years. He & his friendly competent staff do an excellent job, give you exercises to strengthen the injured area, & make you feel wonderful again. ??

Jim is like the pain whisperer. I have come and gone from Sport and Spine Physiotherapy for the past decade or more but for all different and unrelated injuries stemming from head to toe. This is the problem you have when you think you're still in your teens but now in your 50's. You can always count on Jim to fix you up and get you out of there feeling better 100%. The staff are incredible, courteous, flexible, understanding and always eager to work with your timetable and work around other needs (personal/work). Top notch 5 stars in this field. Highly recommend them confidently. Keep the great work!

Required Physiotherapy for my shoulders rotator cuffs. Jim and the staff were very professional and friendly. Their superb skills and exercise program have given my shoulders full mobility. Very pleased with the end result’s. Thanks
