I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Jim, the physiotherapist, is incredibly friendly, gentle, and attentive. He always makes sure you’re comfortable and never pushes you too far, which has meant a lot to me while recovering from my work injury.
Chloe, who assists during sessions, is so warm and welcoming, and Avery (I hope I got the name right!) at the front desk greets you by your first name the moment you walk in.
You truly feel like more than just another patient here — the care is personal, supportive, and genuine. Everyone is so kind, and it makes a difficult recovery process feel a lot easier. Highly recommend!
I attended Sport and Spine Physiotherapy following a complete reverse shoulder replacement after a work-related injury over a year ago. I first attended the clinic after the initial injury to maintain as much range of motion as possible, and then returned immediately after surgery for the long road of rehabilitation.
Jim was wonderful—extremely knowledgeable and always looking out for my best interests throughout the process. The front staff, Avery and Chloe, made every visit positive and fun, which truly mattered during such a challenging recovery.

Glad I picked this place for my treatment. Jim and his staff (Chloe and Avery) are very friendly and professional. Made my stiff finger after a break feel and move much better within few treatment session. This place is also very flexible with time and they always help you come in earlier than your appointment whenever they can. Open till 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays are very helpful for people who work long hours can get appointments later in the day. I recommend this place to anyone in Sarnia/Lambton looking for good physiotherapy treatment.
