Kris was thorough, answered any questions we had, allowed us to walk through the inspection with him and provided an extremely detailed report in the end, will definitely recommend him and use spartan home inspections again!!
Unfortunately though after the details in the report, we decided to walk away from the deal. Glad we had him on our side!!
Very detailed and professional, highly recommended.
We were impressed with Gus and Spartan Home Inspection. Gus was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. He went through the house from top (roofing) to bottom (crawlspace), through all areas of the house and its sytems and appliances. Nothing was overlooked. The report we received was exquisitely detailed and easy to understand. It saved us considerably on our purchase and outlined the work we needed to do to bring it to perfection. We cannot say enough about the excellent workmanship from Gus and Spartan Home Inspections. Thank you Gus from Cathy and Charlie Bathurst
