The crew, including Greg and Jacob, are talented craftsmen who execute personalized plans beautifully. Despite weather delays, the team at Southwest impressively completed the project. After waiting a year and half for a contractor that never showed we were so glad we moved on with a company that really has great customer service. We are so happy with our backyard oasis. never has our condo done where we pay 300 in fees for snow removal. i get being busy but when our sidewalks are up to our knees with many young kids and elders?? not everyone works 9-5 and even then they werent done anyways watched my elder neighbour almost go down at 430 pm .
