Rapids Family Health Team is a nurse practitioner clinic providing fast and helpful service. The medical team is friendly, polite, and thorough, ensuring patients are comfortable and not rushed. They assess issues well, order appropriate tests, and prescribe effective medication. The office follows very good Covid protocols and is bright and clean. The staff provides clear information and helpful follow-up phone calls for results. Patients report being very thankful, impressed, and pleased with this great option for care.
It's too bad we don't have more people taking the time to write about this service because they are so vital for our community when we need medical care. Unfortunately, more people will take the time to complain than those who had a good experience. Judging by my personal experience today & the others around me, people are very grateful for the care of the Rapids Family Health Team.

Provided excellent care, felt listened to and supported. The team was great with my special needs son when taking his blood work. Made him feel comfortable and calm. When I can't get into my family doctor, this place is my back up.
Wonderful help in a pinch. Rapids gave me access to medical attention for my sick baby. I didn't have to go the emergency room with a screaming baby. They cared for my child and reassured me constantly. They took the time to listen to a sleep deprived mother, give her a plan and set her on a path to success. Thank you
