Jan7, made a same day appt. at RFHT, access to care clinic. I was treated in a Friendly and professional manner from start to finish! The nurses were great as was NP Tina! The clinic is very well run and is organized!
Wow, I should have known seeing these reviews what I was getting myself into, but experiencing it first hand is something else.
The receptionist was polite. The intake nurse was super kind, but unfortunately, the positive experience ended there.
The nurse practitioner's behavior was appalling. She seemed annoyed from the moment she entered, actually rolling her eyes and huffing because I was in the wrong room. What was truly concerning was her complete disregard for my medical issue. I called only to be put on hold for over 5 minutes for another employee to answer the phone to then wait another 10 minutes to be told, oh we can't help you. What a waste of time! No wonder you guys have a terrible rating.
