I tried a CrossFit class here for the first time today, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the owners—who were also the trainers—made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive, which made a big difference as someone trying the class for the first time. The atmosphere in the gym was fantastic. Everyone was encouraging, and you could really feel the positive community they’ve built. The coaching was clear and professional, with great attention to proper form and making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with the workout. You can tell they truly care about their members and creating a supportive environment. I left feeling motivated and excited to come back. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional CrossFit community.
Phoenix fitness has helped me accomplish both fitness and nutritional goals I’ve had for years but have never been able to accomplish them! The coaches are amazing- they are patient, encouraging, knowledgeable and always willing to help with anything asked! If they don’t know the answer they research and find it!! Absolutely love this facility and the family/community Haley and Chase have created here!!!
Even before trying my first workout at Phoenix I knew I was joining seconds after walking in the door. Chase, Haley and all of the members are beyond welcoming and encouraging. I had a friend trying to get me to switch gyms for months and I kept refusing. I had a vision in my head of what a CrossFit gym would be like, how in shape I would have to be to join, how impossible all the workouts would be for someone as overweight as me. I was so wrong. Every lift, movement, workout has a clearly laid out path of progression. You always know what you will be progressing to and it’s very easy to see how far you’ve come. The workouts are hard, but not impossible because you are doing it at the level you can. I’ve also been doing their nutrition program for 7 months now. I’ve made steady and consistent progress following their plan. We meet every other week, they tweak things as they need to dropping, dropping or lowering calories, adjusting macros, giving tips about snacking etc etc. It is about as healthy and sustainable as you can get for nutritional advice. I think we all feel like this gym is our family, our second home. I’m beyond grateful that I’ve joined, I only wish I had listened to my friend and done it months sooner!
