I love shopping here for my cat Beebs, sometimes even bringing her with me. The staff is always there to help with any questions I may have or to recommend a product. I also enjoy the atmosphere of warm, friendly staff. But the birds are always a hit too!

I have been here before and had a pleasant experience, but also had some not great experiences in the past.
The good experience was because of an employee. I went to buy something to help with walking my dog, who is a very big dog and does not listen well. She is hard to walk, so I was looking around at options. An employee noticed me looking at the different products and offered assistance and feedback. She told me what has helped her and what products she recommends, and it made the experience very pleasant. She was not pushy and she was very knowledgeable. These are the best employees.

The staff at PetSmart are very nice they always greet you and my little puppy goes to get her wash and cut at the groomers,they are so nice and the dog isn't scared to go, makes my day. Someone you can trust with your pup.
