I would like to thank the staff for going above to complete my order. I ordered a plaque that needed to be engraved with the name of a beloved dog BOO. The staff member was ill and at home but she was able to engrave it for me. The owner arranged all of this on very short notice. Very much appreciated. All staff extremely helpful. 🤗 Penny Richard
