Today I had Maintenance scheduled for my furnace, A/C and hot water heater. The Tech was Mark and I was very satisfied with his demeanour and knowledge. He informed me my hot water heater was 16 years old and since it was in close proximity to my furnace I should consider getting a quote to replace. I was thankful for his suggestion as I had no idea of the age of the heater. I have scheduled to have it replaced before problems arise…. Thanks Mark
