Janice was most excellent and has such a bubbly personality! Was looking for a new hairdresser as my experience at first choice wasn’t cutting it anymore haha!! Cutting it!! Anyhow you have a new client and my partner as well ?
Janice is a breath of fresh air. She is so professional, helpful and such a genuine person. I came in with half my head blonde, roots grown in as well as a terrible green cast from using a dying conditioner over the blonde. I intended to simply go back to my natural brunette but I mainly just wanted it to not look terrible anymore. Janice was incredibly helpful and not only constantly checking to make sure I was happy with the route we were going, but was happy to change the route when I decided to go for some more warmth instead of a neutral brown.
