Maitte was great with my family and I, her patience and recommendations were beyond this world. Excellent customer service from everybody in the store. I highly recommend Maitte and the rest of the team!

As far as the staff /service goes, the staff are always kind and helpful. I popped in today just to have my frames tightened. While this was being done the associate also polished some scratches I had and cleaned my lenses before returning them.

Very helpful and no pressure! I went in to ask if they had a nose pad for my old Oakley sunglasses that I love and didn't buy from them ten years ago. Yes they had a nose pad AND she noticed a screw was coming loose which I didn't . They fixed it and no charge ! So then my son was looking for glasses and a bit out of his budget so I said I would help and we ordered a pair - mostly because they were so great and helpful. Highly recommend Reagan she was great !
